Commercial clients arrive with a business problem, not a property brief — headcount growth, a licence requirement, a distribution footprint. This role translates into: office, retail and industrial acquisition and leasing across DIFC, Business Bay, Dubai South and the free zones.
It pairs naturally with our investor-services desk, since most commercial clients also need company setup, corporate banking and residency handled in the same conversation.
What we are looking for
- Commercial agency experience in the UAE
- Confident with lease structures, fit-out terms and service charges
Compensation
Commission structure with commercial deal weighting
