Leasing is where most long-term client relationships in Dubai actually start. This role manages the rental portfolio: pricing units correctly for the current market, running viewings and keeping landlords informed with something more useful than silence.
Tenants who are treated well become buyers. That is the point of the role, and it is measured that way.
What we are looking for
- Dubai leasing experience
- RERA certification
- Ejari and RERA rental-index familiarity
- Genuinely responsive — most leasing is lost on reply time
