The secondary market rewards people who know the buildings, not just the areas. This role covers ready residential across Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches and the emerging growth hubs — pricing accurately, negotiating within a realistic window and carrying the deal through DLD transfer.
You will work alongside our investor-services team on mortgage introductions, conveyancing and Golden Visa alignment where a purchase qualifies.
What we are looking for
- Proven secondary-market sales record in Dubai
- RERA certification
- Strong community-level pricing knowledge
- Familiarity with the DLD transfer process
